Cards in Milwaukee

Milwaukee provided a great new place for us to watch the Cardinals play.  And as always, we had great seats!

It is not a ballgame unless he has cotton candy!

So Proud

Sixth grade was a great experience for Cameron.  We have enjoyed watching Cameron grow and mature into his own.  He ended 6th grade with many academic honors including all A's all year.  Way to go, Cameron!

Wax Museum

Every year, our 4th graders delve into a study about famous Hoosiers.  The project includes research along with creating a visual display and a speech.  Cade studied Andrew Luck, the Colt's quarter back.

The culminating event is a "wax museum" in which each student dresses as their Hoosier and comes alive when money is deposited.  Cade did a wonderful job with his speech.

Conner Prairie

It seems like just yesterday that I went to Conner Prairie with Cameron; and Cade is already finishing his 4th grade year.  Yikes!  I had fun chaperoning Cade and his friends while they were able to explore, learn, and experience Indiana history.

Track Season 2016

I would have never guessed a year ago, that Cameron would participate in two sports during his 6th grade year.  And if I would have tried to decide which sports he might be interested in, I would not have guessed two running sports!

Cameron's spring sport was track.  He sure seems to like running!

While I didn't take any great pictures, I will share these two videos.

This link shows you the start of one of his races.

This link shows the end.  Just like cross country, Cameron really competed with his own time.  He also had some healthy competition going with one of his friends!
